COMPANY HISTORY

Our company traces its beginnings to 1977 when Les Lyall, who had held sales positions with various boiler manufacturers, started his own rep agency. Eventually, he teamed up with Mike Thresher and in 1988 Lyall, Thresher & Associates, Inc. was officially born.

Today, the Lyall, Thresher team consists of Dave Adams and Joe Hudec, Inside Sales and Support; Jordan Dobler and Bruno Zapata-Fernandez Warehouse Support Team, Jason Murphy, Brendan Stafford, Josh Stelter, and Chris Swade Outside Sales.

Our experienced staff calls on plumbing and heating distributors. We support those distributors and their principals with “pull-through” coverage of plumbing and heating contractors, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers. To support our sales efforts, we offer a variety of training classes for contractors, distributor personnel, and the engineering community around the territory and in our live-fire training lab.

Our warehouse in Elk Grove Village, IL is stocked with various products to help our customers realize their sales goals. Products we stock include infrared heaters, indirect water heaters, gas and electric boilers, system feeders, chemical feeders, hydronic and domestic recirculation pumps, high-efficiency ECM pumps, packaged booster systems, heat exchangers, expansion tanks, polypropylene venting systems, and repair parts for many of the products we represent.
